“ITERUM” makes strategic changes to its Management Team

Changes have been made to the management team at JSC (AS) ITERUM, the PET bottle recycling company owned by JSC (AS) Eco Baltia, the largest environmental resource management and recycling group in the Baltics. Liene Upeniece, former member of the board and financial director, has left the company. At the same time, former chair of the board Jūlija Zandersone has been officially appointed as a member of the ITERUM council.

The changes have been implemented as part of ongoing efforts to streamline the company’s processes, strengthen its management and ensure sustainable growth. From November 19, the board will continue its work with two members – board chair Andris Ābele and long-time board member Jekaterina Vasiļjeva.

Andris Ābele, Chairman of the Board of JSC ITERUM: The changes in the management structure are the next step in implementing our strategy – simpler processes, higher efficiency, and clearer accountability. I wish L. Upeniece new professional success. At the same time, I am delighted that Jūlija Zandersone has joined the board — her experience and strategic vision will help to accelerate the modernization of the production facility and the development of the company.

With the appointment of Jūlija Zandersone to the board, ITERUM is supplementing its supervisory and strategic management competencies with a targeted focus on production efficiency and cooperation with strategic partners in order to strengthen and accelerate the company’s development.
